[GAMEPLAY] Influence point amount uncorrectly deducted

IP amount not correctly displayed. Account currently have around 100-200 IP after a purchase while still showing the initial amount.

Found in build 6.16.16_08_12_05_46

Prerequisite : Having enough IP to buy something in the shop.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch game
2. Buy anything using IP
3. Observe IP amount

Result (1/10): IP are seen as nothing have been deducted from account, not displaying the real amount.
