New client is horribly slow

The new client is slow. Takes forever to log in. Everytime I press a button there is considerable delay. Changing masteries doesn't take half of the time. I've reinstalled many times with no improvement. Don't mark me as dodging the queue when the client freezes as I'm trying to join a game lobby.
