[Game Crash] Crashes on game Launch

Alright, so every time I try to play a match of League, the following happens:

1. Champ Select goes fine
2. Launcher closes and Logo appears
3. Game begins to launch, showing me a screen with the background art and all the player borders
4. All player areas remain blank; no indication of any response from the game
5. No response when trying to alt+tab out of the screen
6. I manually force the application to close and task manager lists it as not responding
7. Open the League of Legends launcher and sign back in
8. Select Reconnect to game
9. Load in slowly, arriving 3-10 minutes late

This is truly frustrating because it's not always every game this happens; just the vast, vast majority of games I try to play. If you know any possible reasons this happens, please let me know.
