Kalista and Project leona bug

I dont know if it is the skin or just a bug with both of them in general(it has never happened to me before) but I just played as kalisa and a support leona, and my oasworth item wouldnt bond right with leona, it would just show the item on cd, though it would work and let me ult her. The leona reported she couldnt click out of the kalista ult and it wouldnt let her move nor use an ability for the next couple of seconds.
