Rod of Ages only gets to 9 stacks(maybe only on Zilean)[Gameplay]
In my recent 
game I noticed 40 minutes into the game that I only had 9 stacks on my 
when I got it first item around 10-15 minutes in. When I asked if anyone else on my team saw that I had only 9 stacks they said yes. I am not sure if its just a visual bug or if only gives me the stats of a 9 stack .
To encounter this bug:
- Play Zilean(I am not sure if it is only Zilean that experiences this)
- Buy Rod of Ages
- Wait 10 minutes
