(Client/Gameplay) Drop hacked?

i won a ranked game over an hour ago and its saying that im still in that game, so i waited to let it process but its still saying that im in a game. Throughout the game everyone kept crashing whenever i try to reconnect now it just claims my firewall is blocking it but everything for riot is allowed. I messaged one of my friends thats online and it says that the game hasn't come up on my match history and that he can't invite me because im currently in a game
