Trials 2019 pass not working

Alright so I bought Trials pass or season pass or however its called and Im supposed to earn tokens after each game on SR and Aram right? But yesterday I earned like no tokens for few games, I had some that I spend on key fragments and I had 5 tokens left. After that i played some more games, some win, some lost, and after each game Ive seen that I received tokens (after game screen, that small box on down of the client) and I went to loot screen to see how many do I have right now. It showed me its 5. Like i didnt played all those games at all.

I thought it may be just temporarily and today they will add them to my loot. But no, still only 5 tokens. I really grinded games because Im leaving tomorrow for a week to my parents due to free days I have so I wont be able to play, thus, earn any tokens, but it seems even if I play im not getting them.

Will Riot fix it? Or will they atleast recompense this anyhow? Ive spend real money for something that doesn't work.
