Bought lucian ages ago and now it says i dont own him
I have owned lucian for about 3 months now and it showed him in my champ select up until a few nights ago now it is saying I can buy him again. Worst part is that i spent rp to buy him.

During the Heist event last weekend, they also confiscated a bunch of skins/champions from people who cheated the RAF program with smurf accounts. At least that's the rumor.
