about the skin sales

Hello So recently i've thought about seeing what skins got a sale hoping id get a good skin and actually buy it. But when i open the shop and filter the skins with the "On Sale" option, i just get this message: "No items matched your search criteria" Have they removed the skin sale feature or is this just a client bug ?
