[Gameplay] Hail of blades often doesn't proc on Rek'sai Q

I don't understand the coding of it, but Rek'sai's Q is partially coded as a channel i think- it has a brief channel bar for each auto attack. When Hail of blades was altered on Jhin, it had an unintended affect of having altering how it behaves on rek'sai.

The chances of hail of blades not proc'ing, are affected by a few things, if you have high enough attack speed you can never get it to proc with your Q, only on basic autos. If you knock someone up with your W, then hit them with basic auto while they're in the air, then animation cancel that auto with your Q, about 50% of that time your hail of blades won't go of. Additionally, using your Q and then walking up to an enemy to hit it has much lower chances of hail of blades going off.

If riot could take a look at this and fix it - it's really hurt her ability now that electrocute has been nerfed and she doesn't have any great alternatives. Hail of blades is important for rek'sai because it allows her to build up fury faster to get her true damage E off. Hail of blades procing or not procing is the difference between life and death in most early fights against the enemy jungler, where Rek'sai is supposed to shine. Thank you for taking a look!
