Bug - Can't leave fountain at start of game

It happens about 3 months ago. I lost like 10 rankeds in row because i cannot leave my fountain. I try so many yt tutorials to fix bugs in league but no one help like delete folders in game etc or full repair. Can anyone has this problem and know how to fix it?
