I've play Shaco for two past games and have encountered the same issue with his ultimate. I must use the 'R' key to control my clone, the 'alt' key does not work and sends my character into combat. The clone cant engage into combat at all, I have tried
I experienced this as well last game. I was playing ARAM. You can reproduce it 100% on the ARAM map but it seemed fine on Summoners Rift for me.
Did you also play him on aram?

Moving works with R but if you try to attack the clone just stops instead.
