sated devourers ruins on hit abilities triggering on autos [GAMEPLAY]

With champions like aatrox where there is an ability that triggers on their 3rd consecutive auto attack, getting a jungle item with the sated devourers enchantment will make it so that the effect will not activate depending on weather or not it triggered as the last hit on the previous target

last hit on target triggered effect? = next target will never trigger the effect last hit didn't trigger effect?=next target triggers the effect every other auto attack instead of every third

this may also occur with champions that have similar abilities or passives like now notice that a lot of these champions are very often played and at least half of them usually go jungle and get a jungle item with the sated devourers enchantment. i'm not sure how this is going to get fixed but i hope to god it does because i know for a fact that aatrox will be played more
