Urgot W Bug

Hello all. I would like to report a bug with Urgot's W, the Machine Gun. As you know, this skill provides a shield and autoattacks nearby targets at an increased attack speed. However, if there are no targets nearby, it will only provide the shield. The bug occurs when there ARE targets nearby, but the skill doesn't detect any, resulting in nothing else but the shield. I could make this bug reoccur in practice mode but the screenshots don't really help discerning the issue. There doesn't seem to be any requirements for this bug to occur, just happens randomly.
