I want my emote back

My fav emote has always been the cupcake emote. Such an expression of joy and happiness. What more could anyone want? But since the latest patch, it has been ruined. It no longer has the sprinkles. It is now plain. And as such, I no longer feel the same joy when using it. He no longer has his YAY hand sprinkles extended out. He is expressionless without his body language sprinkles. Please riot, why u do this? I would like a refund or a fix for this, ty. I'm not sure why you guys would have changed it (and made it worse) there was really zero point to that. I would like a reply to let me know if u plan on putting him back to norma (and if not, why not)l or if i can get a refund. Thanks.

On top of that, I'd like to add that accessing the emotes in client is now not possible. The tab under collections is now gone and clicking the emote icon in champ select does nothing. There's no alert in the client about you guys being aware of this issue and working on a fix. It it just me?
