New Macbook Pro 15`` with Touchbar / Playing in fullscreen always freezes every couple of minutes

Dear Lol Support Team / Community, with my new Macbook Pro 15 inch with Touchbar, i am unable to play LoL like this. The game (fullscreen) freezes every couple of minutes while I am playing. I always have to "Command + Tab" do fix the freeze. It is really annoying! I already stopped playing because of this... In other games I play, I dont have any problems.

Does anybody has the same problem? Somebody maybe know a solution?

Please fix it!
