Couple Bugs to report, game play, client

I'm here just to give some bugs I've been the victim off.

First, I've been having problem connecting to games, I get cannot connect check internet connect or similar. I just relog in and can connect, but its happening quite a lot at multiple different locations, where I've never had an issue before this patch.

As Hecarim jungle, on the top side, I charged (E) into the red buff. I knocked the monster back and ended up on the back side of the pit, with monster between me and nexus. I couldnt move and was pinned on the wall/monster. Once I killed the monster I could move again.

As Teemo vs a Quinn, This seemed like lag but was very strange. My responses in chat were coming up immediately ( basically, " wtf i cant move"). But there were times when I would just stop moving, like Quinn had a stun. This basically resulted in my death twice. I even asked if Quinn had a stun. Another time towards the end of a team fight. My character just randomly ran towards the enemy and I had no control to where i was going. Literally just ran into 5 enemy and couldnt click out of it, but once again I could type, with my responses coming up instantly. I literally typed while I could not control my character. I enjoyed the enemies responses of "yeah you looked like a blind football player" because I literally just ran around blind and out of control.

Also in this same game, I had a skill up but the arrow thing above my icon would not disappear. Basically saying that I could level up, but I could not click it. I even tried to ctrl W. I had to relog to get it to disappear.
