Error 183: Failed to Create Dump File (Help)

I have gotten many queue dodges thanks to this and it gets me out of game usually during queue or champ select. I now have random repairs as well (That don't fix anything) and now I have a leaver buster. I have found other people with the same problem and I still don't know how to fix it. I want to not have this leaverbuster and I want a solution

Yo ! Same problem, they told me to dl the Hextech tool ( https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/player-support/tools/Hextech%20Repair%20Tool.msi ) and then to send them the .zip created. They replied me i have a x32 windows with only 3.5G usable, but i don’t understand the link with the LoL launcher... I tried to reinstall LoL but it stills here, with the queue dodge timer... (>.<)"

I'm starting to understand.. it means that we need more than 4G ram to run LOL without problems, so need a win 64bit.. But this is completely bullshit. A game like lol doesn't need more that 4G RAM! But i tryed and with win 64bit and 8G RAM it's fixed I think that they know that this is the problem (and it's a big fail of programmers) and they doesn't care about it.. and probably doesn't want to admit it.. they just will wait that players improbe their pc..
