Error 183: Failed to Create Dump File (Help)

I have gotten many queue dodges thanks to this and it gets me out of game usually during queue or champ select. I now have random repairs as well (That don't fix anything) and now I have a leaver buster. I have found other people with the same problem and I still don't know how to fix it. I want to not have this leaverbuster and I want a solution

Yo ! Same problem, they told me to dl the Hextech tool ( https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/player-support/tools/Hextech%20Repair%20Tool.msi ) and then to send them the .zip created. They replied me i have a x32 windows with only 3.5G usable, but i don’t understand the link with the LoL launcher... I tried to reinstall LoL but it stills here, with the queue dodge timer... (>.<)"
