EUW problem

hi i am from egypt and every player on euw is having this problme that we can not connect to the game once we log in and we wait for the match to begin it starts the attempting to reconnect loop so plz helpppppp?????

yeah i am Egyptian and i had this problem for about 2 days now i can't even play atm item 3070 , but i just want to know if There is a problem in the riot server or the problem is in Egyptian IP ?! and yes i already treyed every method in the "TROUBLESHOOTING CONNECTION ISSUES"

Please reply and make it clear for me :)

if u are reading this i am now playing the game atm with a VPN that changes my IP called : "Hotspot shield" i don't get attempting to reconnect but the ping is kinda high :S

It's kind fixed ATM normal at morning but the game is slower at night :s
