[Anivia] Misleading Flash Frost Indicator

Very often Flash Frost will do nothing within the indicated detonation radius. It works against minions, most of the time. But hitting champions is where it heavily fails.

Just aim Flash Frost a few times, the only time I can get it to even do damage is to wait until Flash Frost is dead center. I thought it was just me for the longest time, but it's really bothering me now.

I think it's because the ring indicating the detonation area is slightly raised so sometimes an enemy may appear to be in the ring but is actually just outside of it. I've experienced a similar problem and it can be very frustrating.
