[GAMEPLAY] Annie spawns with a stack of passive

After using all abilities quickly in a teamfight and dying, Annie will sometimes retain a single stack of her passive throughout her death, and spawn with it.

I haven't found an exact way to reproduce it, but I've noticed it tends to happen after using a lot of abilities in a short amount of time. I've had this happen to me a couple of times in one game before, but generally it happens maybe once every 2-3 games as Annie.

Currently no screenshots/video but I'll try to get some and update here with more info.
