Xerath Q Lagg

Hello ,any one met this bug ? I'am playing and today i noticed there is a bug or something. When you charge up and then release your Q there is a lagg for a moment. This happens every single time when i use Q. I can't see any FPS drops or ping change but if you watch a moving character while you release your Q , its clearly noticable.I didn't do any changes in my settings or something else.

Anyone else experienced such a thing?

I have exactly the same. And one of my enemys had it aswell, while I was playing him. Also sometimes Xeraths Q dissapears completly. But the game is full of bugs right now, so why bother just play tft kappa.
