Leveled up to 32, did not receive champion capsule. It looks like this has happened to many other people as well.

Same with me! On two different accounts!! And I see this post is already 6 months old without any care from RIOT! That's unacceptable!! Does anyone know how to contact them directly - they simply IGNORE OUR TICKETS!?
