ARAM Beta Client Reroll Bug? [Client,Gameplay]

Well i was playing ARAM is i normally do to gain my First Win of the Day bonus, and i joined the lobby and all was dandy. I used my 1 reroll and got , but then shortly after someone decided to bail, and it auto-rejoined the lobby to connect to the next game. But when i connected to the new lobby i realized it had not refunded my reroll i used during the last lobby since the match never started.

So to replicate it que up for an ARAM game, and use a reroll. Have someone bail after you use the reroll so you get put into the auto-ques for the next lobby.

This isn't the first time this has happened since the new client has come out, i've never experienced it with the old client.
