This is so annoying. It get's full and sits there for 10 minutes. I've tried client repairs, reinstalling. Nothing.

it does the same thing for me, it could either be a RAM problem but usually its best to leave it like that for a bit and go do something else, come back and check on it. if its like that for an hour then contact riot support
