Not receiving my chroma Ashe skin from World tokens
I purchased the exclusive chroma earlier and still have not gotten it despite it saying owned. I have restarted my game already and still nothing.

Do you own the skin?
You must own the skin to use the chroma. Why else would you get the chroma if you're not going to be able to use it until you get the skin (Unless you know you are the getting the skin before Worlds end).
