[Client] Extended disconnect from PVP.net

Just got kicked out of a ranked game for 5 minutes. First two were "attempting to reconnect", then I exited and the next 3 were me trying to log back in to League and it failing due to PVP.net failing to connect. The game started around 3/17 - 12:16AM PST. I had the connection issues starting around 8 minutes in. I tested my connection as this was happening, my internet was working fine, all devices (including my gaming PC) had fine connections.

It's mostly annoying because this guaranteed that we lost the game, and no one wants this to happen to them. I hope you can discover the cause of this so it can be prevented in the future. Thanks!

Got kicked out from 15 mins ranked game too, We are winning, and like wtf is the server doing?

Some Norcal issue i guess, but i sure wish i got my points back though. Its not fun reconnecting in the game after 15 minutes and getting verbally abused by some of your teammates and losing points along with it.
