[GAMEPLAY] Warwick Q not working on champions.

His q will very randomly just not work and its a big part of his kit. Also his e sometimes doesnt seem to work on people immediately for me but its not as big a deal as the q is. I started a post on the forums and I got a few other people having the problem a month or 2 ago but rito never fixed it and now ive discovered the boards to report it too! Please fix him he was 1 of my favorite champions before I encountered this bug. It happened in like 4.13 i think I dont remember which patch made it happen.
