Possible bug on barum passive interaction with monsters.

I had a Vi game today where i was able to proc the ENEMYS Braum passive on monsters. i dont know if its intended, but it looked ood and it feels wierd that the enemy is abel to proc his passive stacks.

dont know if it is a bug or if its only an interaction with vi and barum on opposite teams. do i need to investegate it more and make a video of it or wont that be necessary?(as in it's surpose to work like that )

forgot to mention that it happend on our own blue camp.
