Unable to Read Chat in Champ Select.

Hi, I am not sure what is happening with my chat. Every time I am on the champion select chat and I try to type somethig i.e Top, mid etc, I cannot read what I type or what other people type. I would add a screenshot but it would be pretty useless as it would just be an empty chat. I hope you can help. My summoner's name is HeraArgiva and I'm on the EUW server. Thanks.
