Champion Info Stays between champion selects

So this isn't really a bug, it's more like an irritating thing, as far as I know it has always been there. Lets say that you are in champion select, cheking out a champs abilities just by hovering over it. That info goes at the bottom of the window and covers the chat. If for some reason, the game gets canceled (because a person exists the game, someone doesn't pick a champion, etc) well then in the next match, the champion info will still remain and therefore still block the chat. This isn't life or death it's just a bit annoying, since in normal unranked games, everyone races to type their role in the chat, and if some champs info isn't letting you say it first its a bit frustrating. If it could be fixed I would thank you :)
