When will you fix your client?

Okay so i've been with this game for a very long time since it came out, and i've had occasional problems here and there but this is just starting to piss me off now. From time to time i'll join a que, get in a lobby, and get excited to play, all for nothing. I end up getting a black screen when the match is loading and it will never load, so I close league and restart it all for nothing again and this continues until the games over. So thanks to your random client errors I now get reported by 4 - 9 players for Leaving the game/AFK because they think i'm an "asshole" and they hate people like me, so then I have to deal with reports and possibly a ban because of YOUR errors, not mine. Why does this happen and why can't it be fixed? I try running as administrator, closing and restarting, ending the program, etc nothing works.
