League getting accounts hacked? Friends List issue and Post game issue..

Every time for the past week or two I've been getting a message at the ending of every game saying i need "a password is needed to enter this room" and closing just opens up more. My friends list is completely blocked as if they aren't my friends until they log in and once they are logged off i cant do anything with them. I've initiated full repairs plenty of times and just goes back to the same old thing and I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and that did nothing but give me the same issues only telling me that there is a potential hacking tool every time i install the game. I've submitted plenty of reports and haven't gotten a reply in the past week or two and i don't want to get hacked playing a game I like to play.

I'll also get a different message saying "max_presence_rate" "A password is needed to enter this chat room" Another issue is My friends list. I cant go to anyone account unless they sign in and There is no possible way to fix that I tried reinstalling Initiate full repair
Uninstalling and reinstalling. anyone have any idea of whats going on
