[GAMEPLAY] Game Bug Zac W

Soooo in patchnotes zac got w and r reverted. well neither on pbe or in live client w has been reverted. no 2% max hp dmg per 100 ap. just the base scaling from abieliety 4-8 %

Edit. aperently its just bad toltip. becouse if you add 6 rabadons in practice tool the dmg gets up from 216 lvl 1 to 1228
