Xerath Q Bug

Similar to what happened with Vi. I was in ARAM and my Q just stopped working. Couldn't click on it, nothing. Never happened before.

Also, on a different note, I've noticed that the first cast Sona does in the game gives a major lag spike (if she is in frame). Not just to me but to others as well according to them when asking in game together.

Morgana's Victorious skin also gives lag when it's in the frame.
