Is there a reason I cannot mystery gift Primetime Draven?

I was trying to gift my brother primetime draven, but when I try and gift it to him it says:

You are unable to send this giftt for one of the following reasons:

  • We are sorry - the system has experienced an error. Please contact us at support.riotgames.com. Please choose another item.

Nothing is wrong with my brother's account, such as a ban or restriction, or my own. He hasn't received any gifts in about a month, and I haven't given any out, so I don't understand what the issue is. Really don't feel like making a ticket though u.u

I think you also need to have been friends for a sufficient period of time and both be a certain level. I'd imagine both of those are satisfied though.

In which case I'd suggest a client restart. It may just be a bug to do with Draven and you could wait until tomorrow as well..

Are you still having this issue? This error generally occurs when you haven't been friends with each other for at least 24 hours. :)
