ITEM BUG MAKES YOU NOT BE ABLE TO USE ABILITIES

I was playing and i found out that there is a bug in my item and at around the 25:56 mark. my build was around there....I couldn't use my q or recall. I even tried to click on the abilities themselves and even this didn't work I re logged 2 times and still nothing. I moved around the items in my inventory and bought another item and I was finally able to use my abilities. This is a really really bad bug that needs to be fixed because it will definitely cost some people games in the future as I was the main carry/fed person on our team and couldn't use my full kit nor could I recall to buy. Thanks for all you do rito but please fix this one :D
