Hexflash Hook bug. Collision bug? [GAMEPLAY]

The Second hook in the video is the bug.

what happened in the video. Leona hexflash over the nexus -> I then try to get Heimerdinger by first flashing then use my blitzcrank hook. -> It looks like it will hit him, but suddenly my hook hit Leona, who is nowhere close the me, BUT the place she hexflashed from was close to where my hook was -> so my hook hit Leonas last position because she had a collision on where she hexflashed?

I haven't tried to replicate the bug, because none of my friends wants to help and can't be done alone. But I hope someone can look into this, because this is kinda gamebreaking bug.
