Weird Graphical Glitch

I got disconnected from my game.When I reconnected I could still see the middle inhibitor turret standing.But it was already destroyed,as you can see from the image. :D

Pretty old tbh, ever time I crash from the game I see turrets that were taken down (either before my dc or after) still standing.
