Can't change Little Legend on TFT

on play TFT page, I had Glamorous Paddlemar and wanted to change it to something else. I can't change it to anything other than River Sprite. I can click the icons. I can change arena map. I tried closing and reopening the client.

I thought I had the same problem but it turns out that it's not intuitive at all... First, you have to click the icon and then on the right side, you have to click the star (1, 2 or 3 stars...). It took me a while but it did work for me.
