Twisted treeline win dissapeared, No LP gain, then gets demoted

Was playing a ranked twisted treeline earlier this day and we stomped em, won the game. The stats werent showing so we all waited for them to show for 10 mins and nothing happened. Went on to play more twisted treeline games on the same team, Never gained the LP from the initial win, and then the next game we lost and demoted. not sure how to fix this or what happened
