[GAMEPLAY] Neeko getting polymorphed in transformation and then auto attacked = Neeko breaks

When Neeko transforms into someone and Lulu polymorphs and then auto attacks Neeko, Neeko is unplayable and cannot use abilties. She is stuck in her w and has very low mana and hp. Her portrait goes white, and you have to transforming again to be able to play/ get her normal.

1.I transformed into someone else to gank lane. 2. Lulu polymorphs and auto attacks Neeko. 3. Neeko is what appears to be 'reverted to level 1', her mana is completely reduced and gone. Her hp is reduced as well, she is stuck in her w aimation. She cannot use abilities and her portrait breaks. She also cannot auto attack people and only runs. 4. This bug seems to only affect her Winter Wonderland skin as we tested it on both the base skin, Winter Wonderland skin, and Winter Wonderland chromas.

We tried testing this 5 times in customs after seeing the bug. It is a consistent issue with the skin and Lulu.
