[GAMEPLAY] Bard ult didn't go on cooldown

I just played Bard and my ult didn't go on cooldown once. I ulted and while it was still in mid-air I died. The ult did hit people who were affected by it. When I respawned the ult was still available.

1. Shoot your ult as bard;
2. Die while the ult is still on its way to the target location (so it will land when waiting to respawn);
3. Check the cooldown on respawn and it should be available.

This just happened to me in a ranked solo queue. I don't know if it will always occur when tried to reproduce, since I haven't tried this. Usually I'm recording but unfortunately I wasn't right now.
