[Gameplay] jinx ult invisible 100% of the time to me

Any time i see a jinx in a game i lose because there's no counter play for her ult. I never see them coming and then i just explode, sometimes i see the image of her ult fly by me at a ridiculous speed and its usually not in the correct place that its flying towards, so i cant even flash out of the way. I've tried finding different fixes for this but i cant get any of them to work. some people have said that locking your fps to 60 would work or uncapping it. no matter what its still broken. i shouldn't have to ban a champion to play just because its bugged.
