Is My Client Broken or the new patches are making it laggy?

So ever since the patch where riot mentioned something about from now on you have to change the frame caps because the patch will change it, ive been laggy.Before I would get 60ms and fps would be stable around 40 or 50 now it goes static to 40 to 10. and my ms goes to 80 to 90.I reinstalled and when the download was finished it said we found some corrupted data. We will try to run a bug fix on it and it gave me the option to click repair client.When the repair was done it said, we attempted to fix the issue if the issue if the issue consists pls contact " dont remember who it said ".I found a thread about people complaing on fps drops as well. Dont remember who it said to contact so I came here.In my recent games you can also check the logs to see for youselfs.Riot Pls contact me with some information regarding my issue. Have a good day.
