First win bonus is consumed without getting IP

My game was crashed and when I back, the game was done. The system counted me as a leaver but the First Win of the day bonus was also consumed. I started an AI game to make sure my bonus was gone. Why does it happen? I didn't actually get a win but I just lost the 150ip.

I often have FWotD listed as available when it is not, especially after viewing someone else's summoner profile.

Logging out then back in shows the true status.
