25 seconds disconnect

At the beginning of every game I can not move my character because my game disconnects from the server, the client and game stay open but any input I do does not work. This happens every game however it does not happen to me on the pbe. This is also not lag or overlay or anything else with my computer this is a game bug and only happens on this patch and no other game.
