No hextech chest drop

Hi, so i just played an ARAM with as we were connecting after champion select a player in the other team got stuck at 15% loading for quite a long time. I decided to close and return in the launcher because maybe I was the one having connection issue. I tried reconnecting a couple time without success and a ''game crashed'' message appeared (Didn't think to take screenshot. My internet connection was still working it seems to only be my connection to the server that failed. After a couple try I finally joined the game wich just started. We won and one of my teamates got an S-. Not only I didn't get any chest but the launcher seems to think I got one because I can't get another for 6 more days and one of the 4 i can get disappeared.
