Minor Ekko Bug

While playing Ekko today, Inoticed something during gameplay that affects it as Ad ekko, and to a lesser extent, ap ekko.

His 3rd proc of his passive when basic attacking does not consume sheen on minions, (and possibly champions, have not acquired enough information on that)

When proc'cing his passive a third time via basic attacks, tiamat/ravenous hydra does not apply (also mostly on minions, not enough data on champion interactions)
