LEAGUE BUG HELP PLEASE

After the "Victory" or "Defeat" screen, my League of Legends Client becomes a VERY small rectangular box. I cannot honor any teammates, communicate with allies or enemies after the game, I can't look at stats, graphs, or runes. I cannot report someone if I wish to (for example, a guy told me to kill myself multiple times the other day. But I can't report him because my client get messed up).

PLEASE PLEASE check out the small clip I've attached so you get a better idea of what I'm talking about. It's extremely frustrating to have to restart League after every. single. game.

I have submitted multiple bugs with pictures and videos attached, but obviously Riot either doesn't care or is too busy to get back to me, so I must turn to the community. PLEASE HELP ME if this continues, I am most likely going to just stop play altogether as it is a headache to deal with, especially when I stream, make videos, or even am just duoing with friends.

can provide more pictures, videos, or details as needed. again, this happens after EVERY SINGLE GAME. I have NEVER been able to see how much LP I gain, how many honors I got, or anything in the past month or two.
